Thank you for purchasing the Paton Medical Simulation. Please answer the following questions to schedule the delivery of the simulation.

Enter the date that the simulation will be run *

Enter the start time for the simulation using London, UK Time (GMT or BST depending on time of year). The start time should be the time when the participants will be in the breakout room, ready to begin the simulation. The simulation takes roughly 2.5 hours to run in total. This includes the 15-20 minutes to introduce the simulation and two hours for participants to complete the simulation. [As an example, if you enter 9 am UK time, the session should start at 8:30 am for the intro to simulation, and participants in their breakout room for 9am]. Enter the total number of participants. The simulation is designed for maximum of 7 groups [i.e., roughly 40 participants]. If more than 40, ensure you have ordered the simulation to accommodate this. Please ensure you have requested this with DRRC @ drrc@kellogg.northwestern.edu

Enter the total number of groups for the simulation. As guidance aim for 5-7 participants per group. If you have more than 40 participants and require 8 or more groups, please ensure to request this at drrc@kellogg.northwestern.edu
